Welcome to All Aboard Newsletter’s first picture gallery!

Featured are some of L&F Transfers’ fleet of Volvo B7R state-of-the-art coaches in various locations – including (top, right) a trio at L&F’s Charters Towers depot.

Forming the centrepiece of the gallery are pictures from L&F Tourism’s new Discover Charters Towers tour, a full-day guided trip around some of the city’s most appealing and interesting attractions, including Towers Hill – with its breathtaking views of the district – the Venus Gold Battery, the Miner’s Cottage, the Civic Club, the Enterprise Hotel and the Zara Clark Museum. L&F driver Mark Royes and guide Erica Finlay are pictured with participants at various stops along the way.

Shoppers brought by L&F to Charters Towers from Townsville are pictured, as is L&F Tourism’s first venture – a coach trip to the small town of Mingela. You’ll also find a group of North Queensland Cowboys’ fans ready to board their L&F coach to an NRL home match at Townsville.

Oh, and you should be able to spot a celebrity in the form of country musician Adam Brand, pictured giving a plug to L&F’s trip to the Townsville City Muster, where he was due to perform.

Our thanks to L&F Tourism Manager Jodi Crane for making these pictures available.
