Nathan Turner is the Yeppoon-based Joint Director and General Manager of the L&F Group.
As General Manager, Nathan leads the L&F Group in planning, organising, directing and overseeing day-to-day operations.
Something he doesn't often let slip is that he served in the Army for several years in Transportation.
For fun he likes to build, and is currently working on finishing his own home. He also loves to get away with his family camping.

Mel Moran, aka 'Melzie' is a Yeppoon born-and-bred local who is excited for the challenge that Ops Manager presents in managing our
workforce of drivers.
Mel has a diverse work history across HSEQ, HR/Recruitment, Field Scheduling, and Office Management across Mining, Rail, and Civil sectors.
She has a teen daughter, a French mastiff, and a Jack Russell. She keeps busy with several hobbies including 4x4 motorsports, photography, shooting, fishing, and camping.
Ask her one day about how she's died 5 times!
Nicole Lulan looks after planning, directing, managing, coordinating and supervising the purchase, assignment, utilisation, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of our 80 strong fleet vehicles.
Native to central Queensland, Nicole brings a wealth of asset management experience working with local government to her role at L&F Group. She has recently relocated interstate to Bathurst NSW and continues to work in her role remotely.
Nicole is often found out hunting, visiting family interstate, or being chief taxi driver for her young daughter.

Damian Richardson brings a wealth of experience to L&F having worked in the Transport Industry since the 90s. Most days you'll find him in the workshop getting into the maintenance and repairs of our fleet. He's primarily a Mechanic, but has also worked as a Bus Driver, and in the Mining sector, so he certainly knows his stuff.
He is originally from Tassie but is now a CQ local, as him and his wife have just bought a house in Emerald. He's planning on spending his weekends renovating and fishing at Lake Marraboon with the hopes of catching Barramundi.
Jess McKenzie is a true creative, and loves the challenge that marketing presents of doing all the things! She's currently organising new uniforms for us, managing our social media, researching advertising options, and updating the website.
As our one kiwi at HQ, she avoids the phone so you can't make her say "fish n chips" but she'll be your best friend if you
give her some photos of our buses out and about.
In her spare time you'll find her painting and drawing, running after her 2 young girls, and hopefully finishing off the
painting of her front fence!
Melissa Pipe keeps us on the straight and narrow with our book-keeping and accounts. She's got a very formal phone manner, but don't be fooled, she'll be putty in your hands if you start talking Disney, Friends (the TV Show!), or Hockey with her.
With 3 adult kids, a dog, and 2 cats, she's always kept busy at home, but still manages to find the time to order ridiculous outfits online for her cat and her daughter's Dachshunds!
She's often found out bush in the caravan - at the time of writing she's taken off to a country music festival and will be completely off-grid for a week!
Anne-Marie Marksell is our HR Coordinator who hires new staff, and manages everything employment related. She's a true all-rounder as she also helps with payroll and admin duties.
She's a true Central Queenslander who grew up in Gladstone, and now lives in Yeppoon with her 3 young kids. She likes to fly under the radar - hence no photo!
In her free time you'll find her out being adventurous with her kids, with a love of the outdoors and camping.
